  Landlord /Tenant Negligence - The landlord and the AT&T store are negligent in that they do not have security cameras in the parking lot. My car was hit while visiting the AT&T store on 3/5/18. I called AT&T and they informed me they have no cameras in the parking lot. I then proceeded to call Hendon Properties and spoke to someone named Jackie and she stated there were no cameras in the parking lot because the plaza isn't large enough to warrant cameras and they would need to be the size of Lenox Mall to add cameras. She then espoused that the area didn't warrant cameras. I told her this is negligence and that the plaza has a duty to have security cameras regardless of where the property is located. While Duluth, GA is considered an affluent, safe area to live in, it is not 100% crime free. This development is totally negligent. Beware if you shop here. All shopping centers should be required to have cameras as a security measure for themselves and their customers.
