  If I could give this place no stars I would. What's the point of making an appointment 3 days in advance just to let 4 walking go before us? The staff was rude and just expected me to be okay with not having the appointment I made honoured. If my appointment is at a certain time and I'm there more than 10 minutes before someone should have been waiting for me seeing as how I had an appointment. They were just plain awful. Thank goodness Photogenik in the same mall was much nicer and we were in and out within 30 minutes. With beautiful pictures
