  Needed 4 tires. They didn't have them in stock but had them there within a few hours. They knew my husband had an important event in the evening. Worked quickly to get the tires on! Great customer service.

  We have had 2 negative experiences at this Firestone. I would not recommend a store that 1) treats my daughter rudely when she went in for an oil change, and 2) sells to another daughter a tire that does not meet the specifications clearly listed on the door jamb of the car. When we discovered the error, we asked for a refund or at least replacement of the tires. Instead of honoring this request, we were told they would pro rate it. Yes, we had driven many miles on it. But we had no idea the tire was not safe until Costco discovered Firestone's error. I was disappointed that Firestone did not own up to its dangerous mistake. I have found Costco to be courteous and professional, and will choose Costco over Firestone in the future.
